More information can be found on ISIS. Computer programs can learn useful cognitive skills. This course will take a closer look at specific applications of machine learning algorithms.
With the help of their supervisors students will read, understand, evaluate and present selected research papers on machine learning methods in different applications settings. Over the course of the semester, each student will present their topic in a 15 min talk (+ 5 min discussion) in English.
The 1st meeting will take place online on TBA. During the 1st meeting you will choose the topic which you will present over the course of the semester.
This course is an elective in the B.Sc. module "Kognitive Algorithmen".

The seminar consist of ~3 meetings where students will present topics. In this semester you will research 3 topics, of which you will hold a presentation on 1 topic.
